The prospectus available for download here is an introduction to the work of the Ashington Learning Partnership Trust. We formed the Trust in 2007 to give the young people of Ashington a coherent and exciting programme of education from birth to adult life.

From early years work with the Ashington Children’s Centre through to adult life and degree courses with the University of Northumbria, we have joined up all the organisations which can contribute to a successful education for your children.

We are already feeling the benefits of five schools working together, producing a continuous curriculum, making transition from one school to another easy, sharing good staff and resources and creating a mutually supportive educational
environment. We are creating new and exciting ways of working together so that your child’s education is as enjoyable as it is successful.
